i put an order worth 8k inr, and they did not deliver the order in 3 months. Customer support is not helping but harassing by saying that it will take one more year. I have put a lot of time to get my money back. NEVER buy from GO MECHANIC SPARES APP , instead buy from COMPANY dealer or BOODMO. GO MECHANIC == DISGUSTING, HARASSING WASTE OF TIME.

I placed an order on this app, which was prepaid. After wating 3 months, they were unable to deliver the ordered product. After that they cancelled the order and it's been 7 months, my money has not been refunded yet. I have called them several times at their customer support and no response from their side till now. Worst app and service. The customer care is of no use. Every time you call it automatically cut off the line. Avoid using this app. Worst experience ever.
