2025-01-21 | The font size in the app is ridiculously small. As a poor sighted person I often find myself taking screenshots in order to navigate the app, so I suppose it's completely unaccessible for blind and/or old people. Tiny grey letters against white background and there's no option to change this in the settings. Again, this is so ridiculous it's almost disrespectful. | ||

And that in a declining market, which they didn't professionally analyze. Now she doesn't respond anymore. Better go with a professional bank that values their clients. | ||

My insured card was blocked by support, who promised a response in 55 days but never followed up. Each time I contacted them, they claimed they’d respond but didn’t. The support chat freezes if the app is minimized, forcing me to keep it open while waiting. I don’t want a card that allows arbitrary charges and unreliable support. | ||
2024-12-08 | This app has never undergone any testing on accessibility with screen readers, specifically with talkback (android's default screen reader). when you can't change your profile password independently, it not only violates universal design principles, but confidentiality and security as well. The Bank never responds to accessibility issues. Please see the georgian law about the rights of persons with disabilities and fix UI/UX with accordance to international standards as soon as you possibly can. | ||

2024-11-23 | I don't live in Georgia. Once out of the blue the app didn't let me log in with a "technical error" message. I emailed customer care with a screenshot and Mariam Koberidze assured me that everything should work. After several emails, he told me that my account is deactivated because I hadn't used the app for 2 months. In order to log in he recommended me flying to their office in Georgia. I called the bank and they told be a different story but still I need to fly to Georgia | ||
2024-11-19 | absolutely incompetent staff. the bank and services may be relatively good, but suit yourself for the hell when it comes to the customer support. they will lie to you, try to get rid of your request, and basically do anything to avoid helping you. not worth it. |
