Date field not supported I think? Have a form with dates and wanted to test if the offline functionality of this app will work but the date variables don't load, so not worth it for me. But like the option to get responses offline with Google Forms which is big plus.

Very nice try. The missing feature to upload photos is mandatory though for us. Please keep up the excellent work.

I tested the app and worked fine for a while. But, I deleted a form and now when I add a new form, always show me it with null-title and doesn't show any data to response. I (re)installed the app a couple of times and doesn't work (I deleted the cache). Regards.
