    I am having a very bad experience I have ordered on 31st January and the product was same day delivery but the product is not delivered not yet delivered. And no proper response or communication give, it's prepaid and still facing the issue. No one can be connected you call to the customer care it's just pre recorded message which is really frustrating. Can the product be delivered or atleast process the refund. I never want to order anything from here. Worst service ever provided.

    Worst app ever. I placed multiple orders for a special occasion. Not a single has deliveredno even after 4 days of expected delivery date. All the orders got delayed delivery. Don't know what's wrong with firstcry, in prime cities like chennai the orders must deliver fast but it is reverse incase of Fc. All my orders have been reached to my nearest delivery centre. But they are not delivering with in time. What's the need of those clothes which doesn't serves the purpose.

    The club membership is waste of money literally. They don't even provide free delivery. Have to purchase minimum 500 rs products, then only delivery charges will not be applied. But then they will apply convenience fees n increase total amount there. Atleast fast delivery option also not there for club members, i don't know why it is even there, and once paid you can't even cancel the membership.

    Do u really want your customer to buy things using this app? There are certain info that we are not ready to share.The annoying way u stop the interface while getting into the app with a question 'who are u shopping for' is unnecessary & closing it is not responding that fast.Everytime I get into ur app with an intention to buy anything,this unresponsive behaviour irritates & I move into other shopping apps to buy whatever I need.Remove unwanted UI components & Make the UI smooth for navigation.

    There are many other charges which gets added at end, and result into higher price of product.For example ,a diaper which cost ₹13.58 per piece, and when I navigate to payment, actual cost results to ₹15.23 per piece. adding GST, platform fee blah blah...you should estimate this at initial only. Not at the time of payment.

    Placed an order and not delivered even after 7 days of expected delivery saying delivery is delayed. But no further updates from FirstCry on the status. Cancelled the product and placed the again and facing the same issue now. The catch here is they are deducting the delivery charge of rs.50 while refunding even though it is their delay. Imagine the number of orders they charge for their own delay.

    I ordered a milk powder container and got a broken item. Tried returning the item, but it says it's a non-returnable item which they didn't even mention in the product description. Now, they gave a long process just for returning the small product, that too self return through the local courier. Customer service is also horrible. Worst experience!!

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently received from your team. I have always considered FirstCry a reliable platform for baby products, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. I reached out to your customer support for assistance regarding an issue with my order.Despite waiting for over many days to pickup my cancelled order I raise my complain.worst app for online shopping...pls guys don't order anything from this app.

    Pathetic Customer care services and poor app. This app has many technical issues and no customer support. Every time you try to reach the voice assistant will help you with nothing, it's simply 2-3 answers where this digital voice assistant can help otherwise it's really tough to get in contact with an executive for support team. And this is their all time problem which they don't want to improve inspite of many feedbacks!

    EDITED: ETA is again revised to 24 Jan. Marketing team where are you? It's the worst now. It's very unreliable. They randomly change the delivery date. They update the delivery date multiple times. They need to provide a delivery date before placing an order and keep upto it. I placed an order with delivery as same day on Sunday (19th Jan) and now it's Wed (22nd Jan) and it just mentions that delivery is delayed. Don't update date if you can't keep upto it. Orders are placed based on delivery.
