No proper customer service. Internet payment will be collected by agent but it not reflect in app. There is no customer support

Worst service i ever used in my life , i raised a ticket 3 days i don't even get a single call from customer support. When I called their number they didn't lift my calls. Worst service app was useless, i waste my money

It's ok but sometimes. Suddenly network problem. It's may or may not Server.But it's good to go with Excel.

No option to make a complaint in app. not connecting even laptop.It is always buffering..very very very very poor connectivity

Need to improve with user interface...edits can't be in our personal profile. No direct support interaction for any issues. We need to wait till customer support call us after we raise ticket. There'll be no quick response by the team if we raise any requests. Disappointed with the responses. The main part was, excel broadband team says tat there'll be no extra charge except the basic amount when the address is shifted but they don't stand on their point and charge more than the amount expected

I've discontinued their services. After upgrading to 100 Mbps they've refused to provide me a new router simply quoting that they'll provide router only once to a customer and they've provided me with a router earlier which now doesn't support 100 Mbps. Anyhow I've purchased a new router and continued their services. But they've once again failed in providing proper power backup. Now after suffering for more than 6 months when I've approved them for disconnection, they negotiating to resolve.

Worst services. My best experience and best suggestion to all pls dont waste your time and money for this type of service. The worst broadband service. The connectivity is good for some time from last 3 months situation has changed. Very poor connectivity issues have started.very frequent disconnectivity issues every now and then.

I have been an excell customer for more than 4+ years. The connectivity was good for some time, but from the last 6 months to 1 year; situation has changed. Very poor connectivity issues have started. Very frequent disconnectivity issues every now and then. I reached their service team and they gave a very silly reason which I have never heard from any of the service providers. They suggested me to turn off the router for sometime and start again which is very ridiculous.
