| 2024-12-31 |  | | Very bad. I would like to cancel my purchase. In case of voice translation, it is impossible to set up Russian language to translator to English. Even when I choose Russian in upper window and press microphone, it shows me American English as language to recognize voice. Application tries to recognize Russian voice text as American English. For example, Russian voice text "уступить дорогу" application recognizes as "Ustupida Logo". I have screenshots. How can I cancel my purchase? |

| 2024-05-31 |  | | Specifically downloaded the app to translate English to Haitian Creole, and verbally play back because the gentleman can not read. App will not play back, Haitian Creole. When selecting the language you want to be translated to, it will not allow you to select Haitian Creole. That's specifically the only reason I purchased this app to begin with. For Haitian Creole to be the only language it didn't support, had my blood boiling. It's misleading to sell a product. |

I have tried to use Google Translate, and Text Scanner App, to find out that they have been taken over by this Application (Translate AI). As soon as I use them the translation is taken from this App. I will be asking for refund. Also, the cost of one of payment is advertised as £36 but I have been charged £37.99 |

On top of that, they refuse to refund no matter how I convince them. This is theivery in broad day light, these scammers. Do not use their product nor click the try premium button and end up like me. I was scammed and lost my money thanks to these thieves. |
| 2023-08-01 |  | | EDIT: After taking nearly 3 years to respond, I can only add that I moved on from this ages ago. ORIGINAL: It doesn't make any sense to me. After entering a phrase in Vietnamese, my keyboard is covering the translation. When I close my keyboard, the phrase I entered disappears. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but until I hear otherwise, this app is only wasting space on my phone. |

I've emailed the support team 3 times now and I haven't gotten a single response. Either fix the issue or give me a refund. |
