The most frustrating login experience I've ever had with any app of any kind. It's as if the app doesn't want you to use it. You can do nothing through the app itself from an account perspective, you have to do everything on the website, which is frustrating when all I'm using is an Android tablet and Apple TV. After trying for about 15 minutes to log into the Apple TV app, I gave up and canceled my free trial. Hopefully Rouvy can invest in some app developers and engineers in the future.

Excellent app with a few oversights. As a long-time customer I'm disappointed that the developer invests in everything but the actual riding experience. Every time the slope changes, resistance of my stages bike changes immediately, not quite like the real world. No integration of gearing indicators. And unfortunately, the videos are all fixed angle, so there's zero indication of you're going uphill or downhill or straight, the video will always look the same. Please improve!
