Terrible app crashes all the time

Edit: To activate a new device on MyAPS one requires a registration process and a phone call to answer questions each time in order to securely identify oneself. Meanwhile some APS customer support agents were telling me that only one device can be active at a time - which is not the case. Nowadays we have competitors using facial recognition paired with SMS 2FA in order to authenticate yourself within minutes. The authentication process took longer than a week because I missed their first call.
