Worked to open garage door, but app hung itself every time we tried to open the pedestrian door. We had to walk in via the car entry. Used 11% battery in ine day, and I only used it twice (arrival and departure)

This app is an absolute disaster. It doesn't load, neither the app not the website. Been here trying to book parking for 30+ mins and nothing!

This is not an app, it's a complete waste of time, bandwidth and phone space. The results are empty both in the app and on the website - tried it on multiple occasions both out of Belgium and from Brussels even, same result. What era is this from? Was this a school project that got out of hand? And it doesn't help that 90% of the parking garages in Brussels seem to be managed by them. It's mindblowing how this can go on.
