It's terrible. One of the most frustrating apps I have ever used by a long way, and it has got much worse since the bank was acquired by Bankinter. For instance, I keep being told that my ID card has expired (it hasn't) and that I need to update it. After a frustrating time doing this, the app immediately goes back to telling you that it needs updating again. And the list of issues just goes on and on. Avoid it if you can. Update 15/06/2024 This is still broken. Bunch of cowboys, Ted!
