I use the Hotspot on my phone to print documents, shipping labels, and images. I do not have internet or wifi in the house, so this is a huge bonus for me. Occasionally I have problems getting a connection to the printer, but I think that's the towers in the area. The one thing I wish Epson would do is make it possible to zoom in to see the document that is in que to be printed. My iprint stopped working. In the app store I discover it needed an update. That should'nt have been so hard to find

This app was wonderful until about 2 months ago. The print colors started being horrible and unreliable We have contacted the company, changed the hue and color adjustments. We now have to bypass using the app and going straight to the print option on my phone vs the print option in the actual app. I keep hoping an update will come thru to fix the issues with no luck. We have touted this printer at many scrapbook crops and at least 6 people we are aware of have purchased. Please fix app!
