| 2025-01-28 |  | | Its learning curve was a challenge initially. Once learned, it works quite well, even incorporating from different organizations/hospitals. While HIPPA requirements seem to be in place, there are options to share if needed on vacation, etc. Past health events are soon updated, making it a good reference for procedures on file. Scheduling appointments in the future and filling out beforehand are used to make this a total care tool. Questions asked seem to be answered quickly within it. |
| 2025-01-23 |  | | Such a great app. You can see all your appointments in one place, make appointments through app. Most providers allow you to message them directly through the App. You get to view labs and X-rays or other images often before your own Dr's! It's amazing! And the majority of my Providers are listed on one of the affiliated accounts. OHSU, OMG, Gateway location, Asante, ProvIdence, Peace Health, and many more. This really helps to coordinate specialists! Very Private, be sure to adjust privace. |
| 2025-01-22 |  | | You cancel a appointment but cannot reschedule through the app and that's a major problem. I hqve to call in to reschedule a appointment and that is never a easy process. Unlike columbia connect that does give you options through the app to reschedule a appointment. Please fix this as it makes it easier on the patient. Lincoln hospital is notorious with this major problem. Sometimes you'll get a person on the phone to reschedule but many times it takes days to reschedule a appointment. |

Getting an appointment is easy peasy. Getting questions about treatment, medication side effects, and other issues without waiting to get in on an appointment is a Godsend! |

I don't have to take the time to repeat myself in things I'm dealing with. All of my meds and details are there. All of the scans, blood work, X-rays, CT and MRI are there. Life is easy with this app when going to medical professionals. |

I can view many things on the app. I read the doctor notations from my office visit, my lab results, refills on medications and make my appointments. I also get responses from my doctor or from the MA. Any changes that needs to be made, such as updates I go to MyChart. It makes it convenient for me even if I'm at work or home. This is great for me. |

Just as an example, it keeps nagging for me to schedule my Medicare annual health review when in fact it has been scheduled for February, near my birthday, since last August, 2024. Also, I changed PCP's, but it still shows the previous PCP, not the new one. Further, updating the posting of my innoculations is an ongoing battle. Do I need to go on? MyChart definitely needs work! |

I have never experienced any major bugs (could happen eventually but it hasn't in the few years I've used MyChart). |

But some messages cannot be read and deleted or stored, so they keep coming up and filling space and wasting time moving beyond them to see what's new and actually important. Of course you can see salem healths priority is collecting money, since that's always the first item on the list. All in all it's a pretty good site. |

Prescriptions didn't automatically populate from one to the other. It looks like the programmers expect the patient to get all health care in one system, and that is just not the case. |
