They should inform us about this before we board the bus. They charge us the bus fee every semester and treat us like this. Is it in the terms of service that the rider must be prepared to be stranded in the middle of the journey? |

Every "update" feels like a downgrade, hiding any sort of useful information behind layers and layers of annoying menus in particular regarding transportation and bus routes |

It seems to have removed the option to look at individual routes and the stops along the way, and also the bus arrival times at each stop. Now you have to search for an individual stop instead of looking at all the ones on the route at once, and you can only see the most recently arriving bus instead of all of them. This is a massive downgrade in usability. |
