Following a lifetime pro purchase and payment, my subscription remains unactivated. Despite contacting the developers and providing payment confirmation, I've only received automated responses. Google Play support suggested writing a review and contacting the developers again, a solution that seems inadequate. How can customer support be improved? Update: 1/13/25 Support reached out and confirmed Lifetime Pro is activated. Checked the app it is working as expected. Changing from 1 🌟 to 4 🌟
