Customer support never replies. Been waiting 6 months for an email with my early access information. I initially reached out in August. No response, Then in September was told I would hear back in a week, no email. Reached out in November no response. Emailed Feb 6th no response and emailed again for an update and nothing. They also deleted my last review so they wouldn't have a 1 star rating. Great company.
