| 2024-11-28 |  |  | Crashes all time. I open the app and it instantly crashes. Edit: After restarting the phone and reinstalling the application it seems to work correctly. The only issue i have now is that I have selected a custom zoom in my phone settinga, and the app does not compensate for this, so the UI appears a bit skewed. |

Makes me think that this app is deliberately messed up just enough to discourage users from actually using it... 2 stars because if you find the courage to go through this app your request will usually get answered. |

| 2024-02-18 |  | | İ am not Greek but living in Greece. İ couldn't find language option on the application. There are so many foreigner living in Greece. We don't have perfect Greek for understand everything. Why there is no option for language? At least should have English option. This is really selfish and bad!!! |
| 2023-11-06 |  | | not very user friendly, I don't find things I would expect in the corresponding drop down lists, booking doctor visits should also have more flexible booking options, if I'm really unwell, I don't mind going over to the next neighborhood or Town, sometimes looking for some specific doctor is a thing to, having an option for that would save tons of time, or reschedule appointment. also temporary tickets to organize refund request as all documents required take time to accumulate |
