This is the only text editor I found that is free, able to search for text, open large text files, and open automatically with Microsoft One Drive. The only negative is slow typing with large files and the Ads.

The ads are loud videos that play automatically with the sound on. Even if you turn the sound off, the app does not remember your settings and the next time an ad shows it plays a very loud ad. This is extremely annoying in a quiet office environment. I understand the need for developers to use ads. But having ads play extremely loud obnoxious videos automatically with no way to turn it off is unacceptable.
