Did not backup what I had setup before and lost EVERYTHING. Had to start again. Would be good if uninstalling you are promoted to backup first. So can restore backup on reinstallation. When asking for a subscription period. Week, month, year isn't sufficient. It should be like in Outlook. Should be able to adjust every 28 days eg. Website not working. |

Moved to a new app called SubX which seems to be a great alternative and the premium version is a lifetime payment which is, in my opinion, better than the recurring sub that this app offers. |

There's other apps that have the same pricing with more features. I mean just read the description $20 dollars a year just for no ads, cloud service and keep your stuff organized, it's a joke. I understand you tryna further exploit your app but for such replaceable service it's not ideal. I'm just gonna write them down on my notes. That's already 70% of what this app does. |

They said this company tried to charge 2.99 for Identity verification. Then they tried to charge 39.99 for a subscription. I did not authorize this. LOOK OUT!!!! I was given their phone# by the bank. I looked it up on spy dialer. NO RECORD FOUND.🚩🚩🚩🚩 |
