Unless the developer can explain otherwise I am left to assume this is nothing more that a Virus. Why would you need to download 64mb of "language data"(English) before literally ANYTHING else? Nope not even going to leave it on my phone long enough to infect it and if this isn't a virus the developer really needs to get their act together .
