2024-03-26	Afzan Ahmad	Pathetic app and customer service of KT Bank Germany. The fields in app do not accept the special characters no matter which combination I tried. There is a major bug in app and I only why don't they take the tickets seriously. No wonder KT Bank remains tiniest bank in Germany and cannot win new customers. P.S: After the response below, I also wrote an email to their given address but still did not get any answer. KT is the worst of banks. Google Playstore must take down the KT Bank app.
