The app is OK i guess, except the complete lack of customer support for your order. Some deliveries will delayed, and you can't figure out why, and you can't complain to anyone...you just wait and wait... Edit: in 90% of cases, all is good and the delivery is on time. I just wish that when there is a delay, more info would be provided. Edit: thanks for your prompt answer Jakub. That gets Foodora an increased rating

Julien Dumont, 2024-09-09Terrible service. Delivery fees are the most expensive among competitors, while also being absolutely deceiving. When you order the delivery time changes to almost twice the amount of what was indicated. Got my order canceled once tidya and the other one delayed by like 1.5 hours. I couldn't even return my money because in the system my order registered as being currently delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll switch to other apps, thank you.
