2025-01-27 | Worked great untill it didn't. Won't accept my password anymore. Password works fine when used with a web browser on my phone or home computer. Provider sent me a password reset. App will not login with new password either. Uninstalled reinstalled and still does not work. This app is broken. Update: Even with most recent update, 1-22-25, log in still fails. I've permanently uninstalled this app. It's worthless. | ||
2025-01-18 | Can't find my provider, despite using it for years before getting a new phone. I've tried every method possible, I just need to pay my bill. Navigating the app, generally, has never been wildly intuitive; especially when trying to understand usage time frame vs billing period. Has some kinda of lag where it displays usage info from two years ago, unless I go in and reset the time period. Always reverts, though, so I can't get my real time info with an efficient glance. | ||
2024-12-21 | Electric service due to cut off any moment now because my prepaid credit is nearly depleted and I'm not able to access my account. 8 years using this and all of a sudden my log in info is incorrect, including biometrics. Nothing was changed on my end.. Tried to reset password as recommended. submitted required info and was immediately met with a failure to reset password because "password was not yet created and that I should have received an email when service was initially started.. | ||
2024-12-20 | Complete Trash. I have struggled with this app for many years. Anytime I need to resign into my account, it tells me all my information is invalid, including the info I enter to reset my password. Which in turn locks me out of the app on any other devices it may be signed into, and forces me to call. The most frustrating part is that I know for 100% certainly the password & account # are correct, as I keep all that information on my phone. Do yourself a favor and just use the AP&T website. 👎 | ||
2024-12-13 | For an app that is responsible for keeping people's lights on, and dealing with millions yearly, this is the worst made app ever. There is very little notification regarding billing, the "keep me logged in" option never works and also deletes whatever login had been saved before. Fingerprint and password authentication fails to prompt the user, the pricing and allocation of power use is also grossly incorrect. I usually don't write angry reviews, but it's been like this for 2 years. | ||
2024-11-26 | This app needs work.App co-mingles accounts of separate entities. While you can view the individual billings it doesn't allow you to make separate payment methods. Tried to pay a bill of one entity with funding source from that entity and tried putting that billing address in but it reverted to the billing address of the first entity account entered into the app. I could go on but this is already too long. | ||
2024-11-21 | The app is not working properly... does not show electricity usage for anything only the bill. The electricity use to show for daily usage and cost and weekly costs.... Also water usages are not showing properly and have stopped... They started showing almost a gallons everyday with no leaks and meter working properly per the coop.... It needs to be fixed. 2024-10-11 | This app is alright. Reports aren't great, could be more intuitive. Good for looking at & paying my bill. When I can log into my account. I know I'm entering in my password correctly. I say I'm having trouble accessing my account & it asks all these questions to verify I'm me. One of them is what is the last amount I was billed. The amount I enter doesn't match the records. That is because I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT TO SEE THE STATEMENT THAT JUST CAME OUT TODAY! I only know last month's amount. | ||
2024-09-06 | When this app works properly, it is the best to track your electric usage. "When it works properly" is the key phrase... Entire sections of the day are missing electricity usage. What's up with that. So yeah, get a dev that can make the app work all the time. What good is an app if it " kinda works". We know you have to be reading your ratings and reviews. Kind of embarrassing. | ||
2024-08-20 | I have had nothing but problems with this app! Every time there's an update it won't let me log in after. Sometimes, just randomly, it won't allow logging in. I would think that a company that provides internet would have a decent app provided to pay for their service, especially when it's required. Very frustrating! |
