I have ordered a lot from here the last few months. The clothes sizes on the items I've purchased are not TTS. Most run large according to the chart. I'll order things but no more clothes. The order I just received. A dress and a pair of heels have this awful smell. IDK what it is. Very disappointed. I was so excited to get the dress, until I tried it on. It swallowed me whole and is made of 2 pieces of very thin material the sweater jacket is actually the back of the dress.

Purchased $632.63 worth of products on 1/2/25 and still waiting nearly a month later. All I have is an update from 1/8/25 from USPS saying that a shipping label has been created but is waiting for the item. i have sent an email and messages in the app, but no reply, can't even get a refund from this place and can't get a real person to talk to either
