They block withdrawal of your funds on compliance excuses. Blocking trading I could understand (even if this was not a condition when I signed up) but withdrawal is theft of the opportunity cost of capital. Avoid.

DO NOT USE ZUMO. I recommend other crypto exchange platforms that are FCA regulated. Zumo is not FCA regulated, very poor crypto exchange and communication. I no longer have access to my crypto wallet. There is a specific password for the zumo infinite wallet that they generate themselves but at no point this was communicated clearly, this should have been sent by email or post at least if you're whole crypto balance relies on a random password that they create. Do not bother with Zumo.
