The app is ok but I have noticed that in most cases it takes a while to report the correct location of my GF 20 tracking device. I have also noticed that the reporting of previous trips is non existant.

This device worked very well for about 1.5-2 years. Now, the device is showing a location about a kilometer away from the actual location of the gps. It's not reliable anymore at all. Could customer service please assist and suggest a way to fix this problem. Is there a way to calibrate the GPS location?
