The Citrix Secure Mail app constantly loses the ability to give me notifications. All the notifications settings are enabled, but it will sometimes just stop notifying me about new work emails. Very bad for a business app.

The app crashes often. The overall experience is very poor. Security, in this case, is not synonym of usability. I definitely do not reccomend it. Edit: after more months of usage (I have to because my company made a contract with them) I can confirm that this is a very poor product. The overall experience is so poor that sometimes the phone need to be restarted. Very often the information displayed on the email app are bouncing up and down, thus the email app is not usable. Zero stars or less.
