not just a bad service, its worst service! specially Qatar branch. contact number is out of service always. you can never contact it. no response from emails. chat box or WhatsApp are all auto reply with no option about your exact inquiry. think first before you choose this j&t express service! if you don't want to get stress, choose another courier company.
