The old app wasn't perfect, but it at least worked. The new app is so slow and unresponsive to the point that it's almost unusable. The streamlined design is also very unintuitive and difficult to navigate. The panes at the bottom of the screen were far better than a tiny bar that when you try to scroll it it instead goes to the select a location screen.

2025 - Isn't the point of updating an app to improve the customer experience? No one cares about having a better graphical interface if you have to spend four more clicks per item you want to purchase. And I feel fairly certain more than a few of your customers have failed to tip their drivers because it was not obvious that you needed to click the 'Apply' button. How have you turned a simple app into a chore?
