At no point did the website open the app, even up until 'thank you!' message at the end, and the app only told me to have that website open and that it would open automatically. I am sure this is going to come back to bite me later and will involve much trouble and having to go into a branch to sort it out in person. Their website has become much more user-friendly in the last six years, and their other app (online verification app) is genuinely helpful. There is hope for this app maybe.

This is a very frustrating app. The NFC reading has taken me more than 20 tries with no success yet. Even if I'm using an old phone (Xperia XZ2) this procedure should not be this painful.
