I like a lot about this app. The live chords and practice are great. But the app refuses to recognize when I play most (over 90%) of the notes. I tried everything, playing harder, getting a larger (and more expensive) amp. Nothing makes a difference. This makes playing along with the lessons AND practicing with the app almost impossible. While I am learning and growing as a musician with this app, I expect a better interface for $150. I can't express how aggravating it is!

I believe that the app's tuning mechanism, though accurate, is not exactly precise. Maybe this is why when I hit the correct string I often get a red (error) grade as if I hit an incorrect note. I don't think it's a timing issue because sometimes when I feel I am a bit too late, I get a green (OK) grade. I've changed my star rating from one to two because I really enjoy this app, ....until I get frustrated from a red error sign when I am sure it is wrong I'm sending an email right now.
