There seems to be no way to make enquiries before subscribing. It is quite disheartening that I have reached out through email (up to 3 emails through the activation email address) and even through the chat box on your app still no response. Your customer support is quite poor by my observation,no number to call or chat not even an official support email,you just want me to subscribe and if I have any issues no channel for prompt resolution? Do work on this please.

They literally don't have a costumer service. I had subscribed to the monthly payment and then the website had some issues, so I tried unsubscribing or at least remove my card it did not work. I tried to de-activate my account it did not work. I spammed their costumer service no one replied. Now my card just lays there and will more likely be charged every end of the month. Google please remove this app from your stire. They are useless and will take people's money away
