It also provides the option of submitting maintenance work orders. Now I don't have to remember to call the office during hours. Also, being able to add pics is a bonus when you can't remember what that little thingy is called. |

It was reading that my balance was $0 so I couldn't make the payment again and now I'm getting penalized even though I have well over $300 of what I owe. So despite making sure that I could more than cover rent, I now I have to take time to go get money orders/risk not being able to make payments on time. And my apartment office "can't do anything." |
