For the past months, the delivery estimates were wrong 90% of the time (talking about 2x the time). I have canceled several orders because of this. The eMag Genius benefit is nice although it costs you 2 RON each order. The other delivery apps deliver on time and their premium plan does not add service costs when it is stated "FREE".

They never estimate correctly. In the past week, two orders took more than 3h due to "technical issues". Tazz support claimed a delivery driver was waiting in the restaurant, which was a LIE. Called the restaurant directly, they said tazz didn't send anyone and that tazz are often unreliable.
