The Pure Barre studio and staff are excellent. The app is frustratingly unreliable. It often shows I have credits but won’t let me book classes, instead prompting me to buy more. Even after purchasing additional credits, I'm unable to book classes due to "being out of credits", despite the app showing I have credits and transactions showing on my credit card. It’s disappointing that such a great studio is hindered by an app that fails to perform its basic function of booking classes.

Once more, this app bugged and i could not access my schedule. There are of course other ways to access your class via the web or get the 24hr reminder for upcoming class email. But then what's the point of an app on your phone if you still need to check 2 more places!!! In addition, even if you have credit left on your account, you cannot booked future classes that go beyond your contract date, that's frustrating!! The user experience of this app needs review
