Very very poor in refund processing.. I have been using Xoom services since 2013. I had the worst services from xoom. I initiated a transaction on Dec 18, and it got completed within minutes, but the money was not deposited. Today, Dec 31st, I am still waiting for my refunds, and I am keeping calling the support team to expedite. Very poor process for refunds. I'm switching to another provider.

I've been using Xoom for many years to send financial support to my siblings and friends. When there was some glitches, I called and immediately, whatever problems, it got resolved. Customer service agents are professional, helpful, and really good. The app is user-friendly. The trans fee is also okay and the deliver time, very quick, which for me is a huge factor because my family is sickly and needed funds quick. Xoom is worth it.
