2024-12-11 | The app is good and very user-friendly. However, it now allows users to enable both fingerprint sign-in and phone password sign-in simultaneously. While this seems like a useful feature, it could pose a security risk. Many people share their phone passwords with friends or family, so combining it with the fingerprint sign-in option for banking apps is not ideal. Please consider revising this feature to enhance security. | ||

It's OK for a transfer to fail for what soever reason, but why do you deduct the levies even when you claimed their processing failed.
