If I could leave a 0 STARS I would. They take 0.75 after your card declines. And it declines a lot. Even if you have a substantial amount. My account is always being locked out. I have to go through a process to even use it again. Right now I'm locked out of the app and biometrics disappeared. Now they are charging me to get that open once again! Oh and everything is my fault! Even tho I've. Never ran into trouble with any banking system ever! Way to go IS NOT "THE WAY TO GO RUN

The app, much like way2go itself, is completely unreliable. It's user-friendly. However, it malfunctions more than it works. Regardless of when your money is released, you may not receive it for one to two weeks. There is zero customer service. If you have the luck of actually being able to speak to a human representative, they are rude and completely unhelpful and hang up when given the chance. If you're able to set up a different avenue of receiving your money I highly recommend it.

They told me my info is not correct at all, but I was actively logged into the account already, verified my identity and set my security questions. I could see everything, including my balance and statements, but when I went to enter my security answer to activate, it told me it was wrong and locked my card. They don't email you back, they charge you 25 cents per call to their help line that doesnt exist, their website and app regularly break. Now I can't access money for rent and food.

I've had the app for over a year with pretty much no issue. I wake up 4 days ago (5/9/24), open app to check my balance and the app says there's an error and closes out. I unistalled and reinstalled it, now when I open the app it allows me to enter my user name and password then tells me there's an error and they Can't log me in. UPDATE 11/16/24 app STILL DOESNT WORK 6 MONTHS LATER AND THE WEBSITE IS ALWAYS DOWN AS WELL. EASILY THE WORST "BANKING" COMPANY! Definitely switching to direct deposit!

This app is bare minimum quality; slow and frustrating to navigate. I wish I had the ability to dispute transactions and the ability to track shipping of the replacement card in app. *Tip* If anyone ever needs to talk to an actual person or dispute a transaction, Google "way2go customer service number for your state" (each state has a different number) and when it asks for card number opt to use your SSN and when prompted for the SSN enter "000000000" that will immediately bring you to a person.

I've used the app for years. The problem is that the app and even the website now, won't even let you login 3 or 4 times before finally letting you view your account. I'm tired of spending 10 minutes trying to log in, everytime I want to check my balance. The app has gotten worse and honestly I'm going to have to talk to DHS about where I can have my support send other than this stupid system.

So many bugs and I get kicked out a lot. Awful that the state just decided to change banks without communication to families. I waited over 5 months to start seeing deposits into this account. To make matters worse I can't even use this to pay bills online! Unable to see my statements and they don't mail them either. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with an app and bank. Shame on the state of Maryland making this switch not caring how it effects the familes.

This app worked fine the first week I used it and ever since then, it immediately tells me that there is an error. If I go back to try to log in again, the same thing happens over and over, and I can't log in at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it makes no difference.The app is essentially useless

NEVER get texts with alerts so why have it as an an option? Transfer funds-cool. Only to a bank-fine. But need send it when deposit hits BUT I DONT GET TEXT ALERTS IT IS THERE! Customer service is abhorrent and it hangs up on you when you try to reach a person. If I hear "goodbye" when I hit 0 one more time I think I will have a mental collapse. Tried selecting fraud option but wants to close my card and send a new one. I just can't with this thing and want to close it BUT CANT REACH ANYBODY

It constantly says there is an error when I try to log in. I have to put my finger print 3,4,5 times before it will let me get logged in., sometimes it doesn't work and I have to use my password. Sometimes that doesn't even work. I have had uninstall and reinstall the several times to get it to work for me. It is very frustrating when I need to unlock my card or to even check my balance.
