| 2024-07-17 |  | | This is just an outdated app with the worst customer support EVER. Their mobile version, relies on a clunky and unnecessary cloud, which was likely created just so that they can get their yearly payments. True customer service would have been to just create a mobile app that we pay yearly for that did not rely on some ridiculous and sometimes unreliable cloud. They could have easily made their money and bypassed the cloud garbage And still no ability to put arrows in pics Jesus!!!!!!! |

The keyboard opens up when you tap a note box, but after first note box is open, you have to open each additional note field and then tap the blank box again to get the keyboard to appear. Very annoying and a lot of extra key taps. Works correctly in ios. Please fix. |
| 2021-06-24 |  | | Great way to speed up inspecting. So much easier than the old app, and now has more options. Option for saving copies of images in the gallery is a nice improvement, and ability insert photos directly from either camera or elsewhere. Long press to replicate section headings is great for on the fly. Love being able to refresh assigned inspections by dragging down on the list. And esp jumping right to summary or uninspected items instantly from those lists. |

| 2019-06-07 | | | I have owned 3D Inspection Software since the mid 1990's. 3D has evolved into a software that is awesome to create your own reports, menu, and layout to set you apart from the other software in the industry. The data base allows us to easily maintain multiple inspectors as well as allowing me to review and monitor reports to ensure HBI produces one of the most detailed reports in the industry. 3D has set the mark and the industry followed. | 2018-12-10 | | | This unfortunately is replacing Phone 3D. I can only see half the amount of information on the new screen. It doesn't rotate the view. Very disappointed that they thought this all made sense. I've been using 3D for 13 years. Honestly thinking of shopping around for a new software. |
