2024-10-21	Amarachi Ukanwa	The app worked greatly at first, but for the past couple of weeks, almost a full month, the ETA was always inactive, and instead of saying the actual distance, it's constantly stuck on 4.3 miles away. I used in-app email support about 2 weeks ago, but still no changes. I might put in another one, but until then, I highly doubt the ETA and distance is going to be fixed.

My son's stop is often wrong, taking weeks to months to fix, often no ETA shows, and now I cannot add my daughter to the app. I have contacted support several times without a return message or a resolution. There isn't any help on the website, and their method to contact support is online. They claim prompt support, but that has not been my experience.
2024-05-14	Jennifer Gleicher-Saint Angel	In the last few weeks or so I have not been able to use the app. It keeps saying no AM (or PM) bus assignment even though my child takes the bus and has been since the beginning of the school year, and under the student list it still shows his name but no AM or PM times or routes anymore. The map tracking the bus no longer comes up either. I have un-installed, reinstalled, contacted my district...nothing. I was a beta tester and I left the program thinking it had something to do with it, but no.
2023-11-17	Jessica Porter	This app is pretty much useless. It will work and send notifications when it wants to and stop working. I never get any notifications anymore and I sent up multiple complaints and no one seems to care enough to fix it. Like for heavens sake, or children are on these buses and they're like "yeah, whatever". It's so frustrating. The app worked for the first 2 weeks then nothing. My husband even called the transportation and they said they'll see what they can do.... Still nothing. Ridiculous.
2023-11-16	Thomas Walters	This is a great idea, but only of it works. I have 5 kids across 2 schools. My elementary kids bus location is off. It will show 1 miles away, and 2 seconds later, it's pulling up. The most annoying part is that the afternoon route is wrong. My house is correct, but the route is wrong. I use in-app support email systems and no changes. Some of the worst support I have seen. It's been months, and still no changes. It's not just my phone or anything. Same thing on their mothers phone.
2023-08-17	Lou Holder	Worked great last school year. This school year completely non-functional. App just suggests to call transportation department because there is no AM or PM bus assignment. The very weird thing is that the app works perfectly for one of the parents at the bus stop but not for the other three! Update for the new school year. This app is broken in a new and creative way. The morning bus stop graphic shows correct location but afternoon bus stop location is two stops earlier.
2023-04-03	Gennie Gyurica	I love this app, so very helpful!! A little glitchy sometimes w/eta but you can always look where the bus icon is on the map & judge for yourself. It's very simple, there's even a little '10 minute from your stop' dot on the map. Customer service isn't very quick to respond though. I've sent 4 emails telling them that the app somehow changed my stop and it needs to be changed back and no one has responded or fixed it yet. It's been a few weeks. Otherwise it's great 👍

I checked the app and the eta was "33 min", I checked it again 1 minute later and it said "8 min" than the eta changed again to "20 min" The notifications have a long delay. I'll get on or off the bus and receive a notification 10-15 minutes later. The bus's location on the map isn't always accurate. overall unreliable.
2023-01-26	Richard Rafaniello	Terrible. Feels like a 7 year old designed it. Poor choice of font sizing and graphics. Bus won't show unless it's less than a mile away, at which time it's less than 3 minutes away. Improper capitalization or lack there of. Notifications don't work at all. Our districts old app service was way better. Only allowed 1 account per child! What do separated parents do? Aweful.
2022-11-14	Sharon	This app would be great it actually worked and allowed you to access the bus information. Currently I can't even access the app, telling me to contact transportation for any changes....there are no changes. I have been using this for about 2 years now and up until a month ago it worked great (would rate it 4 stars) but now can't even access the information in the app.
