doesn't show once payment is made. I've mistakenly paid twice before thinking app defaulted. plus processing fee on top of already overpaying for water is pathetic

App does not have enough spaces when entering account number and postal code to register. Useless app if a person can't register with basic mandatory information. Wish I could have rated it as 0

Doesn't work, it used too! Can't pay my bill, can't update text to pay. I used to pay this way. I tried several times and I get a message box saying that the service cannot be completed at this time and to check back later or call customer service. Why?

Useless. I don't code but could do a better job creating a workable app. Cannot log in, cannot reset password b/c reset email is not received, cannot request help to rest password b/c message to ask for assistance to reset password cannot be submitted. I'd go on but why, ur company knows all this but shows no interest in fixing issues (every customer reading this is nodding in agreement). BTW, I suspect no fix so u can pocket $1.99 extra charge...HELLO BBB / ClassActionSuit

For weeks I've been unable to pay my bill! I've logged in several times, updated some information but can't find any way to update other information. It's showing no comparison info for prior years but should. I previously paid by text - that doesn't work either! I see no way to delete the existing payment method or related information for the credit card which may be incorrect. Frustrating!😡 They want a pay but there's no invoice!😡.

Why can't I login to pay my bill? This is hands down the worst app I've ever used IN MY LIFE. I've tried resetting my password, but I never receive the email, even though it's entered correctly. Then I pay as guest and it immediately emails me receipt. Erase this app, if you're thinking about downloading it for paying bills.,forget it. It's easier to buy a checkbook and send the check, especially since they'll charge you regardless of if it's a card or ACH.

App refuses to load most of the time. You cant add multiple accounts (im forced to have separate water and sewer accts) and can only manage one whenever the app decides to work at all

Used to work - now it doesn't. So frustrating!! I never had a problem with this app until recently - open the app and it just keeps "thinking". Never opens! Absolutely ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed yet. It's been about 3 months now that I haven't been able to use it. No updates to fix it or anything!! Absurd.

Like everyone else, I'm unable to even log into the application. Seeing as this should be a simple pay portal, I'm appalled and disappointed with the bare minimum effort. Give me the code and I could write of the portal myself, or better yet use literally any of the ones on GitHub as a template. This is so disappointing as the fix should require maybe a week's worth of effort from one code monkey. The lack of attention to this is probably to push late payment fees. Bad business practices here.
