This app sucks it constantly freezes kicks you out of the app it logs you out and it takes a long time to lock you back in specially when you're in front of the customers

This company is a complete scam. Salesperson misrepresented the features of their software, I canceled the same day they gave me access to the app. They refuse to refund charges. Also, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Scammers.

Needs improvements. Techs never see notes added by dispatch because of its poor location. Needs to be a pop up or at top of list. Cannot take snap shot of credit cards for mobile payments (but you can on desktop version 😳. Tech cannot see if commitment has been confirmed by customer. That's just a few issues. With a few user friendly upgrades could be great but have not seen any upgrades that help end user in some time.

The app still doesn't work without a consistent network connection. Every time I am on site and I have no cell connection, I am logged out, or I can't see the work order information, or I can't upload photos. This happened to me 3 times today. I have the latest update as of 12/18/2020. When I call the tech support number, they tell me to try logging out and logging back in. Not helpful!
