Why does select on category not working on this new updated version on claiming an expense. It is very annoying!

An important feature I would like to see is the option of reusing similar data for expense claim with obviously options to edit whatever you want to edit. Cos many times reimbursement is made to the same set of personal and having to always input bank details is tiring.
