| 2020-02-12 |  | | I'm more than happy with my initial experience using the General Gen-Eye X-Pod video pipe inspection system. I was extremely concerned with the reviews that this particular model had received from other customers, all I can say is that they've obviously made some improvements. Was easily able to view, record and send the video to inspectors, homeowners as well as the insurance co. for verification of problem. I give it a 5/5 rating. |

| 2019-04-18 | | | trash, can't replay or send videos because they're the wrong format, its been like this for about a year, I've brought it up to a rep who was in a supply shop of ours and its obvious they have no interest in the QC of their products. The camera we bought from them is trash and they screwed us on the warranty, on top of that the picture is screwed on it now in which they want to charge to fix (should've been fixed in the first place) trash products from a trash company. sincerely a plumber |
