And I can not set one up or change one from the app, without connection in the first place. There is no pin hole on the device to reset the speaker. So yeah there goes my money on this speaker, it's useless now. Will not connect without a password, "I never had!" |

| 2024-06-03 |  | | Great... 5 years ago. Got an ilive alexa enabled speaker roughly 5 years ago and it was FANTASTIC. Was the best way to take my amazon music around the house and in the shower (not waterproof but on the counter). But now.... its just a bluetooth speaker with no use of the app. With spectrums routers (dual band) there is no hope of connecting as iv tried for 2 hours. MAYBE if i bought a separate router that had seperated wifi bands it would work. But as is, its not recognising any network. |

Doesnt say if its automatic, doesnt do anything for that matter. Says it will automatically find the issue but nothing happens. The booklet instructions are terrible and the online help page isnt even up. Great customer service guys. Thumbs up. |

| 2020-10-20 |  | | Can support please respond to these reviews and get the app working? I had our ISWFV387G connected to our home wifi from last year, but same song keeps repeating. I reset speaker to default by holding the mute button for 10+ seconds. I tried the entire setup and wifi connect process but now it won't even connect to my home wifi anymore. It seems like it's all going through the process fine but fails at the end. Since I can't get past the wifi connection I can't connect my Amazon account. |
| 2020-09-20 |  | | Need at least youtube music as a service so we may use cloud play while streaming content on that platform. It's annoying to not have this as a feature and I genuinely feel cheated. If I could afford returning the speaker I would without thinking twice. |
