| 2025-01-28 |  | | I can't go to give start rating,i have facing gile sent error past few months,still not resolved and I have already tried uninstall and install and app updated option, but still not able to sent video document file, once have attached any video file and put sent option and have got one pop up message " the file is in an unusual format that might indicate it is dangerous corrupted,or otherwise not supported on whatsapp for security precautions,this file cannot be sent." Kindly resolve this issue. |

The fascinating things about whatapp business it that its features are being updated, and many new features are being added to it, which makes it more attractive, enjoyable, and easy access. The disadvantage had been experienced so far - the whatapp status only lasts for 24 hours, which isn't good. I suggest if it can last for at most 4 days . |

In relation to the very accurate operation of the app it has some weaknesses as it is now making changes to some features of the keyboard such as that of "Line break" key now is not supported by the app 😢 |

It should be more customizable so each business could put their unique stamp on it. also, if we could divide contacts and chats into folders and sub folders, that would be great! at the moment, it feels very basic and not very well thought out. kind of disappointing. |

Really confused about this app, I thought it was supposed to be used to contact business side users but it is just so hard to establish app-specific group. |

For instance, my greeting and away messages keeps popping up on private groups after my business hours and it has caused a lot of issues. Please can a new feature be added for that? I have not experienced a technical issue yet in the years I've used WB on different brand phones, and it's a great messaging app with marketing tools that allows us to connect faster and with a wider audience. I would love the feature of adding accounts on WAB as is possible with WA. Otherwise an outstanding and helpful messaging app for businesses. |
| 2025-01-20 |  | | I have been using WhatsApp Business for a very long time and I've never really had any issues with it...until recently. Whenever I post on m status, it takes a lot of time to load before sending successfully. I might have posted something now, but it won't be registered as sent until after sometime. This sometimes takes about a few minutes or up to an hour. This is very frustrating, because of this issue, I missed my happy New Year post which I posted at exactly 12am but registered at 12:45pm |

I have to go to my gallery first before I can send a picture from any other folder. Even when a picture is selected from gallery through the app, there's no editing option to crop the image etc before sending. We had this in the previous version. | 2025-01-19 |  | | With me have got many things to complain about. 1, when sending something and replying back texts it takes time to process 2, to access my documents or photos takes time and it opts to display all the photos with difficulties in terms of choosing and 3, network is always bad whenever I'm talking with my friend on audio and video. This is very frustrating and I would encourage if you look into it so the problem is lighten up. |
