It's weird that "proof of insurance" is not enough proof of insurance. wow, this is a security alert! There is no way that I want to log into my other financial institutions while inside this app. What a horrible idea. If it's not too late, choose another bank! For reals, everyone involved with this decision should be let go. Dumb dumb dumb. Please get rid of finicity, it's a very bad look. |

| 2024-02-22 |  | | Don't appreciate googles overreach in security of my banking account. You do have issues that you are aware of. I'm going to talk to my bank, if they feel uncomfortable with what I have experienced you will see an uninstall of this app and perhaps more uninstalls from my bank. If uninstall is recommended I will post another review. I suggest you clean up your yard before you play in mine. |

Although when I use the app I do miss seeing the employees at the Westmark Credit Union on Alameda in Pocatello. They are the most friendly and hard-working group of people to conduct business with. |

The only thing I have to say is their ATM is not great, we have lots of problems with it, we will have plenty of money in our account but it will say we cannot pull out money due to insufficient funds which is not true, so we have to transfer the funds to savings and then it will allow us to take money out, it's kind of annoying but it's ok. |

It works fine most of the time, is usually pretty quick to load, etc. The only complaint I really have with this bank and app is the available balance part. Most places show the available balance in the checking account, with the pending transactions already accounted for and subtracted from the available balance shown. Not Westmark, though. They show the balance plus non-available funds, i.e., pending transactions, as the available balance. Frustrating. |
