Very bad app sent 250 hkd through it and they told me they hadn't received it in their bank account and when they found it in their account they aren't sending me the refund. It's almost been 2 weeks and still giving same reply to my emails that refund has been requested we will update you in 24 hours. Very bad app will not recommend it. It's better to just go to the nearest WU shop and send the money

After adding a receiver it is impossible to delete it, I made a mistake with my sister's name and it cannot be corrected, I had to create a new receiver, the two records are still there.

1. Can't set transfer amount by recipient receives amount 😡 2. When doing a repeat ransfer can't change credit card. 🤦🏽‍♂️ 3. Very slow.🐌 4. Used app because web fails with "technical problems" try again later when logging in.😠

Western Union the company is fine. Its web page is fine for transferring money. This app, however, is a trap. Long story short, as a long-time customer who only used its web page for transfers, I tried using this mobile app for transfer. I ended up having errors in my profile that even the live representative cannot correct, and I cannot make any transfers. I ended up having to go back to the webpage on my laptop and open a new profile.

My transaction was rejected cuz my address did not match with submitted document. Fine, but then the transaction status is a complete confusion. Email said it was cancelled. Transaction history said it was on hold, and customer service said the transaction was complete. I am both the sender and the recipient. Neither side received anything. The live chat operator just escalated the case, and clarified nothing about the status. If I am not getting my money back soon, I am taking legal actions.
