| 2024-08-08 |  | | Over the last month, and especially since the last update, I have been completely unable to use this app. My login info is correct, as I am able to log in successfully on another device. The website gives me a gateway error, and the app sometimes lets me log in, but never gives updated information. I get texts about my balance, but I can't DO anything about it. I've cleared the cache, cleared the storage, and uninstalled/reinstalled this app. I also restarted my Pixel 8 Pro multiple times. |
| 2024-07-21 |  | | This app and the underlying service leave a lot to be desired. This institution time and time again shows that it's stuck in a small town, small user base mentality. The app itself has entirely to many pages/screens that have little to no use or are trivial when trying to accomplish what should be a simple, streamlined process. There's little in the way of actually useful services and lacks a broader way of integrating with 3rd party systems. Lack of support outside bank hrs is maddening! |
| 2024-07-03 |  | | Awful just awful, all it ever does is load and tell me there is an error updating. It also displays my bank account number and routing number right on the screen. I can't even check my balance in public for fear that somebody might take a picture of my screen and do some damage. |
