Not sure what exactly the problem is sometimes but I cannot access this App to make a deposit. My Internet on my phone works but the App sometimes doesn't connect. I also have plenty of free space on my phone which the App indicates could be the problem.. the App suggests that I try again later.. and it usually works later.

Review was 5 stars. But recently it asks me for a password, then sends me to my login screen, then asks me for my password again, then the login screen again, and I'm stuck in a loop and can't log in.

I just finished making another mobile deposit. It went very smoothly. That is no surprise. I have been using this mobile app for over four years. It is consistently a smooth operating system. I am exceptionally pleased with Western State Bank; their employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. I gladly recommend this application to others. I will definitely return and use it again in the future.

Worst app I've ever used. I don't use it a lot but everytime I do it either resets the finger print option I have forcing me to type in my password and many times it doesn't recognize my password and tells me to call customer service. I think this app has worked correctly maybe one time ever.

I've been with y'all for a little under 20 years. I still have telebank number saved in my phone. This app, despite it's flaws loading sometimes, is amazing. I moved out of town 12 years ago and still bank with you guys. If that doesn't speak volumes about this bank and this app, I don't know what does. Thank you.

App sucks. Asked me to install upgrade now cant use the app at all. About ready to cancel all my accounts from bank and go else where. Have called the bank a few times they say they are working on it. Been about two months now.

It's been a month since the app stopped working for "violating security policies", and there seem to be no updates from the developer on any sort of progress

This app used to work perfectly until i got a new phone, i couldnt remember my username for a while so i just never signed in, and now my old phone isnt compatible with the new update. I have now tried using the app on my new phone, but everytime i open the app it crashes without an error screen or anything

Please advise when an updated version or fix is released for the issues opening this app with a Samsung. The latest version will not work on my Samsung.

As someone else previously stated, this app can no longer be used because it "violates security policies." It has been over two weeks since I've been able to open the app successfully. It was glitchy before this happened. I rely on this app daily. Please fix ASAP!
