2024-10-01 | The camera capabilities when taking pictures for mobile deposiits seems like old tech. I know it's not my device. The software should be able to recognize when the check is within the borders and aromatics snap the picture. Multiple other apps do that for things like document scanning QR code etc. When I have to hold the phone still while keeping the check within the borders and then reach over and tap the shutter button on the screen; Results in having to retake several pictures. | ||

2023-12-18 | 12-18-23: Unbelievable that the photos of the check when making mobile deposits are not done automatically like other credit unions and banks. I have liked this app up until the last 3 days (aside from the mobile deposit issue that Erik mentioned). But I have not been able to log into the app - no changes made to User ID or password, no Tech Support available after hours. Definitely calling on Monday to find out what is going on. Might have to change credit unions if this problem continues. | ||
